Opportunity is around the corner at Pertemps in Lincoln We have a brand-new permanent position available for an experienced Machine Operative looking to join the workshop team on a day and night-time shift rotation within an already successful and well-established company. **What will I be doing?**

As a Machine Operative / Machine Setter you will be responsible for working as part of a team or individually; including but not limited to keeping all machines and mechanical equipment functioning to the best of their ability, carry out line adjustments when required and participating with operators to fault find whilst keeping an open line of communication with management to report any of these issues.
Experience in a prior Machine Operative role is essential, but specific training will be provided for the machines on-site.

**How much will I be paid?**

A salary of up to £30,967 (£14.35ph)
There is also a signing on bonus of £250 if successful.

**What hours will I be working?**

***
As a Machine Operative you will be required to work 41.5 hours per week, 4 days on, 4 days off which will rotate between both day shifts working from 5:45am-6:00pm and night shifts 5.45pm-6:00am.

**What skills do I need?**
- Experience of a production environment and ancillary equipment is essential- Exceptional workload management with the ability to work independently- Microsoft Office knowledge would be desirable- Experience of machine setting preferred- An approachable and flexible attitude whilst exhibiting the qualities of a team-playerDue to the night-time hours and location of the site, your own mode of transport will be essential for travel to and from work.
