Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Operations Supervisor. The Retail Operations Supervisor will be responsible for visiting each of our five shops in Liverpool once/twice a week to ensure that they are operating efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee various aspects of shop management, including cleanliness, staff conduct, sales performance, and promotional activities.(Product expiry date checking)

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct weekly visits to each of the five shops in Liverpool to assess cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.

Monitor staff interactions with customers to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.

Review sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.

Coordinate with shop managers to execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns effectively.

Address any maintenance or operational issues promptly to maintain the functionality of each shop.

Maintain accurate records of shop visits, observations, and action plans for improvement.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a retail shop management role and vaping experience(frequent vape user) is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is an advantage.

Must have access to transportation to travel to each shop location in Liverpool.
