What's in it for me?

People Solutions are seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client based in Islip, Kettering. These are permanent positions offering a salary of £24,024 working a day shift 6am - 14.00pm. We have fixed shifts and also rotating shifts with PMworking 14.00pm - 22.00pm. The working hours are 37.7 hours per week.


Day to Day Duties

To safely and securely load/unload customer’s goods/freight in line with warehouse targets
- To pick and pack goods from stock to the levels of accuracy required for our store customers in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in line with warehouse targets set by your line manager
- Receive/dispatch goods as required
- To locate stock within the warehouse to the levels of accuracy required in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in line with warehouse targets set by your line manager
- Count stock
- Kimball, re-bag etc. as required to ensure stock is kept in good condition
- To complete relevant paperwork as required
- To ensure high levels of housekeeping standards are maintained
- To provide a high level of internal and external customer care
- To ensure that the customers goods are handled carefully and correctly in line with standard operating procedures
- To carry out other relevant duties as directed by management
