A Credit Risk Analyst with experience working in Collections. You'll need to be used to working with data to drive insights and strategy changes in a big bank, challenger FS or fintech environment. You won't be held back by red tape as it's a flat, fluid-structurewith huge opportunities for advancement and a chance to own some of a renowned fin-tech.
**THE COMPANY**

It's a relaxed, collaborative office filled with bright minds who'll encourage you to run with your own ideas and analysis, present to senior stakeholders and develop the Collectionsstrategy across an innovative suite of retail credit products.
**THE ROLE**:
- Collate, manipulate and analyse data to provide commercial insights
- Manage end-to-end strategic initiatives
- Work across prime and sub-prime portfolios in collections strategy development and testing
- Development of new reporting systems and system optimisation
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Numerate University degree from a Russell Group University
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
- Strong coding experience, preferably in SAS but alternatively in SQL
- Experience in a similar role within Collections strategy or Credit Risk strategy
