**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Maintain and organise all company documents, including site files, reports, and correspondence.
- Implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely updates of documents and adherence to deadlines.
- Train staff on document control processes and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to document management activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in document control or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in using document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
