Optimal Living Ltd. provides residential services to people with learning disabilities, complex health needs and behaviours that can challenge. The people we support are at the centre of our services and we recruit individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of others, in a positive way.
The Swindon service comprises of two 5 bedded residential homes (next door to each other) which supports the needs of individuals with a diagnosis of a learning disability and associated conditions. There is also a 4 bedded supported living service nearby, which is where this Team Leader position is based.

We are looking for an individual who has a commitment to delivering high quality care, working knowledge of regulatory standards, excellent organisational and communication skills and a “can do” attitude. They must be kind and caring, have a hands-on approach and must be willing to work with the staff team to mentor, nurture and develop their skills and knowledge. There will be an element of shift work as well as on call.
