Architectural Technologist

A motivated, experienced Architectural Technologist with previous experience within the residential and commercial sector, now required to work for a medium sized practice based in Hampshire.

**The Company**

The successful Architectural Technologist will join a growing consultancy, who are currently a team of 14, looking to recruit an additional 4 individuals due to a high volume of projects. The Architectural Technologist will be required to work on a widevariety of projects including medical and commercial.

**The Role**
- 5+ years' experience within a similar role
- Degree in Architecture preferable
- Proficient in Revit
- Produce high quality technical designs and solutions for planning and architectural projects
- Ability to maintain design, statutory and legal requirements
- Knowledge of current building regulations
- Excellent client communication

**In Return**
