**Senior Project Manager - Property Fit-Out Project Management - Dublin, Ireland, Competitive Salary and Benefits**

We are looking for a **Commercial Fit-Out Project Manager** to join a growing, Dublin-based international property company.

The **Senior Project Manager**will provide professional project management to designated Fit-Out Commercial Office projects and assignments for specific client accounts, property portfolios or large facilities/complex.

Working closely with the Account Manager/Director or Portfolio Manager, you will monitor and coordinate the execution of various services and processes relating to client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvement consulting services.

**Key responsibilities as the Senior Project Manager will include**:

- Leading and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and developing and maintaining project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase
- Preparing project reports and drawing reviews at all project phases including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases
- Assisting in the selection and contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams for each project
- Reviewing requisitions, change orders and other invoices
- Participating in the marketing and presentation of services to clients
- Supervision of Project Managers, Space Planners and CAD Operators may be required
- Providing all necessary documentation and reports to the client
- Reporting to the Account/Portfolio Manager and Senior Building/Facility Manager regarding any issues of problems
- Plus more.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrable experience in similar Project Management roles - Fit-Out Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or Building Surveyor (or related field)
- Experienced in producing project reports and drawing reviews
- Commercially savvy / good business acumen with the ability to achieve corporate goals and objectives as to quality, service, cost and profit
- Experienced problem-solver with the ability to comprehensively recommend solutions
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Focused, diligent and organised nature
