2nd Chef

Our client, a high quality residential care home in Surbiton, Surrey are currently looking for a 2nd Chef to work alongside the Chef Manager and cover their days off.
As the 2nd Chef / Sous Chef you will be catering for up to 40 residents offering a fresh daily menu of restaurant dining for the residents at the home.
As the 2nd Chef you will work alongside the Chef Manager to cater for residents who have very specific dietary requirements (diabetics, coeliac, Vegetarian etc). As well as offering meals to all residents daily, there will be events, birthday's and family dinnersso we need someone with an adaptable approach who can cater from fresh for guests, residents, and other diners visiting the home.
Hours of work:
Hours are on a 2 week rota with alternate weekends off.
week 1: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday
This 2nd Chef position offers an excellent hourly rate of £14 per hour plus benefits and a lovely working environment.
