Do you have experience from property management roles and are looking for an agency with a difference? Our client is a residential property specialist agency that owns the properties that they manage, giving their Property Managers far more autonomy intheir roles. They’re now looking for a new team member to help them manage their ever-growing portfolio in their Cambridge office.
You’ll play a highly important role in the business, as you use your skills to ensure that the portfolio has high occupancy levels and that rental income is as high as it can be. You’ll be advertising properties to attract prospective tenants, providing swiftresponses to all enquiries, and making sure that all maintenance and compliance work is carried out to a high standard.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience from roles in the property industry, whether they are property management, inventory clerk, or negotiator roles. You’ll also have top-notch abilities in customer service and administration too.
