**About the Job**:
Our Warehouse Operatives accurately pick, check, and process pharmaceutical goods, ensuring they are ready for dispatch direct to customers. The team holds responsibility for stock maintenance and achieving ambitious targets to give our customers the best experience possible.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Receiving incoming goods, checking nothing is damaged or missing, and storing them correctly
- Dispatching processed orders in appropriate manner in accordance with regulations
- Maintaining accurate records, including order and stock information, utilising relevant folders and the in-house computer system
- Adhering to strict internal and external guidelines at all times
- Ensuring exceptional levels of cleanliness and integrity of the Warehouse areas are upheld
- Being aware of surroundings and raising any incidents or concerns to your line manager

**About You**:
As a growing company, we look for enthusiastic team players who share our vision of providing the best service available to our customers. Although part of a wider network, our Operatives must be comfortable working autonomously to achieve personal targets. With opening times between 8am and 8pm, a flexibility with shift pattern is a necessity. It is essential you:

- Can adopt a professional manner when representing Curaleaf
- Are able to build great internal and external relationships through excellent communication and teamwork
- Maintain attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a demanding environment
- Prioritise effectively, demonstrating good time management skills
- Possess a good standard of IT, numeracy, and written skills
- Have an optimistic, hands-on approach
- Can participate in a physically demanding role

Although not compulsory, experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment would give you a solid foundation to start your career within our busy warehouse. Experience within Pharmaceuticals would be ideal.
