Personnel Selection are working with this fantastic company in Andover, who currently require a temporary HR Administrator. The role will initially last for around 1 month, but flexibility beyond this would be great
The role will be varied and fast-paced and will really suit an HR professional who pays great attention to detail.
The ideal arrangement would be for 1 days attendance at the Andover office and the other 4 days could be worked remotely. The hours are 9 to 5 Mon to Fri.
The role will involve:
- Payroll administration
- Reporting
- Performance reports
- Variation to contract letters
- Pensions administration
- Internal announcements
If you have experience using Workday, that would be great Full training will be given though, so as long as you have a solid background in HR and the ability to think outside of the box, this could be a great role for you.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 1 month
**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
