Our client is one of the leading commercial interior design and fit-out company's in the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join this employee-owned business on a permanent basis.
About the Role:

- Involved in full project life cycle including bids and tenders, developing pre-construction information for effective delivery.
- Develop and manage program advising on timescales and relevant milestone events.
- Create Program and Project plans aligned with Employers Requirements, Fit-Out Guides and Design Brief.
- Liaise with H&S Manager and ensure that health and safety policies and good practices are enforced
- Manage the project team to ensure that activities activities are completed in accordance with the programme
- Liaise with the Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to review costings and procurement plan providing advise on timescales.
- Ensure statutory compliance working with building control and any additional officer as required.
- Liaise with client and client's team to deliver the project.
- Provide support and advise on build ability and design
- Organise and chair stakeholder's meetings inline with best practice.
- Manage project quality with a view to deliver projects 'snag free'.
**Requirements**:

- 5 Years experience, evidence of progression
- Experience in running large contracts with values ranging £250k to £5M
- Fit-out experience (essential)
- Must be willing to work nationally
- Valid Driving Licence
- First Aid
- Construction and CAT A / CAT B fit-out experience (desirable)
- Design and build knowledge (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- SMSTS
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
