Anna Home Care unlike some other companies is not a purely profit driven factory, we are a very close team and never take on more than we can chew. Carers feel supported and their feedback is always acted upon - should that be related to service user care need or carers own working arrangements. Because of our commitments to our staff we are very selective in the recruitment process as we have a great record of mínimal sickness and the mínimal necessity of covering shifts last minute. It is these efficiencies of Anna Home Care that allow us to create a positive working environment for all.

- Points based reward scheme to reward accordingly those that are hard working.
- Flexible working times and days.
- Immediately acting upon any concerns.
- Providing new uniforms when necessary.
- Paying for cancelled visits if cancelled outside time frame.
- Schedules that flow around the locality of the carer (no back and fourth driving)
- £0.45 per mile travelled.
- Full PPE provided.
- Training programme.
