- Excellent communication skill is necessary to work with small groups (4-5) students per batch of primary, secondary and A level students.
- Experience is desirable but not essential because The Skill Academy will provide you with training.
- Weekday evenings and /or weekend positions are available.

We are currently looking for bright and enthusiastic local people with high calibre to join our team to help our students with their homework and study sessions. You will provide one-to-one tutoring in a fun and constructive way. The goal is to help students achieve their highest possible achievement in school and keep them on track for success. You will be responsible for helping students with study skills, such as reading, writing, arithmetic, and science. A great tutor will be patient, enthusiastic, reliable, and highly skilled at communication.

**Responsibilities**
- Guide students by providing one-on-one or group tutoring in a fun, constructive way
- Focus on developing a creative problem-solving skills to increase the student’s ability to think independently
- Communicate with parents regularly to understand the students’ learning needs and be in contact with the school district on behalf of the students
- Attend regular meetings with the management team to discuss the progress of the student and how to move forward for the remainder of the year if necessary. This will be part of our regular daily duties as well as our time spent in your classroom. We will provide you with teaching resources.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a tutor tutor in an educational setting (1 year preferred)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with others

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £15.00 per hour
