We currently have an exciting role for a General Hygienist providing an excellent opportunity to join the Moran Logistics team at our Castle Donington site. The role works weekends and offers excellent rates of pay.

**About the Role**:
The purpose of the role is to ensure the Site and Company Fleet of vehicles are cleaned to a high standard.

**What we are looking for**:
As a General Hygienist, you will be:

- Responsible for ensuring all Units & trailers are cleaned and jet washed and being kept to the weekly cleanliness schedule.

Other Duties may include:

- Responsible for the standard of hygiene for the site.
- Responsible for sweeping and jet washing of the loading bay area to remove any loose debris and packaging debris that may be present.
- Any rubbish and untidy areas are clear and disposed of in the relevant recycling skips.
- Aco drains are clear from debrief and jet washed
- Ensure all Hygiene daily & weekly signoff sheets are completed and up to date.
- Support site with other general yard hygiene.

Health & Safety:

- To ensure you follow safe working practices.
- To promptly report all accidents and incidents to your line manager.
- To ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained.
- To adhere to relevant site rules, QEHS policies and procedures including quality procedures, HACCP, safe systems of work and environmental controls.

Communication:

- To have effective communication skills and ability to liaise verbally confidently with employees and Management.
- To listen carefully to instructions.
- To keep your manager up to date with any work issues that may affect deadlines.

Flexibility and Ad-Hoc:

- To be flexible to work on a variety of duties and locations as required.
- To carry out any other task that is reasonable and within your skill set as business needs dictate.
