**Location**: Hybrid - 2 days on-site (Newmarket) 2 days WFH

**Hours**: 32 hours across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)

**Salary**: £50,000 - £55,0000

**Job snapshot**:
As Information Security Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance relating to information security and governance matters.

You'll be someone who enjoys new challenges with a solution-focused approach and is innovative-minded (we love new ideas).

**What you'll be doing**:

- Keep up to date with current regulations to support the delivery of accurate information security processes and policies
- Coach and train internal stakeholders on best practices within the information security and compliance space
- Partner with internal departments and stakeholders to develop, agree and implement information security processes and frameworks
- Develop and define information security policies, guidelines and procedures
- Management and maintenance of Wonde's Information Security Management System, including: external audits, IS0270001 and cyber essentials certifications
- Establish an Information Security & Compliance roadmap with key internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:
**What we're hoping you'll bring**:

- Proven experience leading within an Information security function and cloud-based IT environment (our products and infrastructure follow a cloud-first approach)
- In-depth knowledge of ISO270001 and Cyber Essentials frameworks, with relevant qualifications desired but not essential (i.e. CISM, ISMS Lead Implementer, CISSP)
- Solid understanding of GDPR regulatory frameworks
- Ability to influence and coach technical and non technical stakeholders
- Ambition and initiative to drive change in an evolving sector
- Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- The willingness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment
