About the Retail Assistant role;
- Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong attention to detail
- To be pro-active in terms of keeping the shop tidy and presentable and re-stockings items as necessary
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Cash handling experience
- Previous retail experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given

You will take personal pride in;
- Building a rapport with our guests and helping them to feel welcome and enjoy their stay
- Working as a team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay
- Use attention to detail to ensure that the Pop-in-Shop is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Promoting teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you, by treating your colleagues with respect

**Hours of work**:

- Part-time - working 25 - 30 hours per week, 4 days out of 7

**Shift patterns will fall between**:
7:30am and 8:30pm
