**About Luggage Point**:
Luggage Point is an esteemed retailer operating within Birmingham Airport, known for delivering a superior shopping experience to travellers. We are excited to invite a dedicated and brand-focused individual to join our team as a Retail and Brand Ambassador in our specialized Samsonite Tumi store.

**Your Role**:
As a Retail and Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the Samsonite and Tumi brands, ensuring that each customer receives a personalized shopping experience that reflects the luxury and quality of our products. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales through product expertise, exceptional customer engagement, and maintaining the premium store presentation as outlined by our brand partners.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- A passion for luxury brands and an understanding of the travel lifestyle market
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with an international clientele
- Sales-driven with a commitment to meeting brand-specific KPIs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Professional, proactive, and meticulous in maintaining store standards
- Familiarity with IT systems relevant to retail operations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, maintaining high standards of customer engagement as expected by Samsonite and Tumi.
- Ensure the store presentation aligns with brand guidelines and is conducive to premium brand showcasing.
- Manage stock levels and product displays to maximize sales and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regular product and customer service training to enhance brand knowledge and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate sales records and participate in the continuous improvement of store offerings based on customer feedback and sales trends.

**Important Considerations**:

- Must be able to provide a full 5-year work history and undergo a Criminal Reference Check.
- Approval for an Airside pass is required. This process can take some time.
- Must be comfortable with varying shift times, including early starts or late finishes, and able to reliably commute to Birmingham Airport for these times.

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
