Property Administrator

The main purpose of this role is to assist in managing our rental and sales portfolio by communicating with vendors & landlords, buyers & tenants as well as contractors.
Being able to adapt to various needs of the business is essential. Working under pressure during busy periods but also able to work from own initiative during quieter periods.
Key tasks include (but not limited to):
Answering general client enquiries
Property maintenance
Safety compliance (gas safety, electrical safety & EPC)
Arranging property visits and sending property visit feedback to landlord & tenants
Arranging end of tenancy inspections and managing deposit returns
Assisting with sales chasing and progression
Sales and lettings viewings

A full UK driving licence is required, administration experience essential, property experience preferred.
Applicants must be willing to work towards ARLA qualifications. Once fully qualified, salary will be reviewed.
