What you’ll be doing:
**The Qualities of the front of house server**
- You will become a wine, coffee, cocktail and spirit extraordinaire, impressing our customers with your flair and knowledge
- Passionate about food you will recommend dishes to suit our customers tastes and excite and inspire them to try new things
- Using your dazzling personality you will focus on making our customers happy, pro-actively looking for ways to enhance their experience and make it a memorable event no matter what the occasion

Working as part of a team our **Front of house Team Member**main responsibilities will be:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Cleaning & setting tables
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Marketing & promotional duties of attracting new guests & responsible for guests returning and rebooking.
- Ensure that guests everything they need throughout their dining experience
- Ensuring guests return and achieve a 5 star review on TripAdvisor & Google review
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Dealing with Deliveries
- Cleaning & ad-hoc duties for the management team

**Requirements**:

- Focused on delivering fantastic customer service, channelling the warm & friendly spirit
- A can do attitude, someone who is a team player and eager to support their peers
- Flexible, reliable & punctual
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Someone who has the ability to talk about our menus and our business philosophy with customers & colleagues
- Passionate about working with quality food ingredients, high end wines & artisan coffee.
- An eye for detail, quality and speed
- Full of energy, desire to be the best and progress in our team
- Full knowledge of Food safety (Training will Given)

Previous experience in a similar role is preferable though not essential as full training will be provided. What’s on offer?
