Are you passionate about English and eager to support students in achieving their academic goals?

Quantum Scholars is currently working with a great secondary school in Slough who are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic **English Teaching Assistant** to join them ASAP. This will be a Long-Term role lasting for 1 year initially.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the classroom and make a real impact on students’ learning and development.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A-Level in English or a related degree (e.g. English Literature, English Language, Creative Writing)
- Enhanced DBS (registered on the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
- Availability to start immediately
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the English department in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who need additional help
- Assisting with classroom management and administrative tasks
- Encouraging student participation and building confidence in literacy and communication skills
