Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team here in the UK. This role can be home based, with office presence 1-2 times a month within our Brighton/ London offices.

INTO owns and operates a range of digital products that are used by international students and agents across the world. We use the Agile methodology for product development and have Agile Scrum teams focused on various digital products and features. This role will work as part of Agile Scrum teams and provide product design (UX/UI) expertise so that INTO’s digital products look world-class and offer a fantastic user experience.

Reporting to the Senior Product Designer, the Product Designer will focus on user experience and user interface design of INTO’s digital products.

You’ll work in Agile Scrum teams and collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to build digital products that our users love. You’ll ensure that our products look fantastic and have a great user experience that moves key engagement metrics like retention, page views, clicks and more.

**Accountabilities**:

- Champion user-centred, evidence driven, optimised UX and UI design across all INTO digital products.
- Support A/B testing on our digital products to gather insights on user behaviour.
- Take part in conducting regular user testing with the help of relevant tools and techniques and use the feedback to enhance our digital experience. Help provide prototypes, mock-ups and assets needed for testing with our audiences.
- Help conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to align business and user needs as well as develop solutions.
- Attend and support the presentation of findings on user research and user testing results with the wider business via regular ‘show & tell’ sessions.
- Work closely with colleagues in the Engineering team, Product Management team, Data & Insights team.
- Support the identification of optimal user experiences and create artefacts to deliver them - personas, user journeys, wireframes, storyboards, mock-ups and prototypes, sitemaps, content structures, etc.
- Attend Quarterly PI (Program Increment) Planning sessions with the Scrum teams and key business stakeholders.
- Actively use and contribute to the use and development of our Design System and other frameworks.
