You'll be working as a **Junior Designer** for **Pasquill** in **Bury St Edmunds**.

We create bespoke structural timber components for the construction industry. No two projects are the same, and you will need to think outside the box. or in our case, the triangle

**Is this role right for me?**

First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working. For this role in particular we are looking for someone with the following;
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Desire to be in a design based role in the construction industry
- Experience in CAD would be advantageous

**What will I be doing in the role?**

**_We design structural timber components for the construction industry. We take the architects pretty pictures and create structural solutions._**
- Produce high quality design solutions for customers within given timescales, using specialist CAD software
- Produce quotations for potential customer orders
- Create orders to put onto the system
- Carry out pre-quote calls, in order to discuss the customer's requirements and produce the quote
- Carry out post-quote calls, in order to check the quote meets the customer's needs and ask for the order
- Keep the customer informed of all updates concerning the order
- Identify opportunities to maximise customer service and translate into sales
