**Job Description**:
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Wirral** **as a Rapid Response Care Professional.

As a Rapid Response Care Professional with Home Instead you will provide highly professional care services to older adults living in their own home including but not limited to
- Administering medication
- Personal care assistance
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Companionship
- Light household duties
- Shopping and errands

You will work on a rolling rota of 3 days on, 3 days off between the hours of 7.15am to 7.30pm with a break each day between 2.30pm and 4pm

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a Care Environment is essential
- Level 3 qualification in adult social care is preferred or be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification.
- You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
- You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
- Full drivers' license and access to a reliable car.
