As a member of our Sales Team, you will be the first point of contact for ALL new sales leads / enquiries with the aim of converting these leads into legal cases for our specialist team of conveyancers.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Working through Conveyancing leads, providing quotes to customers with the aim of converting these leads into new instructions for our legal team ensuring that quotes are completed in line with our protocols
- Logging all leads in our case management system
- Completing all follow up calls
- Advising and assisting your customers in relation to the opening of their file
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times
- Working with balances on customer accounts and allocating a bill accordingly
- Hitting / exceeding set targets
- From time to time you may be asked to perform other duties and / or to work in other areas of our business where / if necessary
**About you**:
- You will be confident in your approach, always seeking opportunities to bolster your knowledge further
- You will have experience of working in a Customer Service or Sales focused environment
- You will be enthusiastic with a positive work ethic and have a natural desire to want to succeed in the legal industry
