We are a Facilities Management company based in Renfrewshire. We self deliver our Hard and Soft services and have an opportunity for a career minded maintenance coordinator to join us on the exciting journey of developing our team across Scotland.

Our client base is a mix of commercial offices, schools, and social housing and domestic properties throughout Scotland. We hold strong relationships with our client base and are a company that is expending in the Facilities Management sector.

The position will be full time, working alongside our current management and engineering team and will be a mixture of hands on approach and desktop based supervision of our engineering and cleaning services. Your input and ideas will also be key to helping us continue to grow as a cleaning business.

Hours of work will be 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday.

The role:

- Scheduling engineers to attend domestic properties and commercial properties for reactive maintenance
- Scheduling appointments with sites and clients
- Updating the system with accurate information, notes and costings
- Reviewing engineer notes in detail and arranging secondary appointments for further defects or informing clients of further works required.
- Managing maintenance reports and job progress reports
- Ensure KPI's and timescales are fully adhered to
- Carry out general administrative tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:

- Maintenance Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Planned and reactive maintenance planning: 1 year (required)
