Cohesion SBS LTD are looking for an experienced PRINT FINISHER'.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual who will thrive in a busy Direct Mail environment. The role will require the individual to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and be flexible in all areas of the factory floor, ensuring tight deadlines are met.

Experience with standard finishing equipment including Guillotines, Folders and Duplo Booklet Makers & Creasers. Knowledge of the direct mail industry would be advantageous.

**Ideal skills would include**:

- Folding, guillotining, booklet making, creasing
- Experience in mail fulfilment and postal services desirable
- Computer Literate
- Machine enclosing
- Hand enclosing
- Fork lift licence

**Requirements**:
Work to strict quality procedures.

Liaising with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process.

Using own initiative to ensure smooth running within the finishing department.

Proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance the efficiency within the department.

Experience within a Direct Mail environment and Machine Enclosing advantageous.

Communication - Ability to liaise with and communicate instructions and requirements to fulfilment team members to achieve maximum machine efficiency.

Teamwork - good team member, provide support to other team members, positive team attitude, willing to assist in completing team workload.

Attention to detail - complete work without need for supervision and to deadlines, striving for highest standards.

Attitude - enthusiastic, motivated, good work ethic, flexibility to tasks & hours of work, desire to learn, accept ownership/responsibility.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
