**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to enhance the learning experience.
- Encourage and support students to work independently and productively.
- Provide support across various curriculum areas.
- Contribute to activities and support programmes designed to remove barriers to learning.
- Assist students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
- Promote active participation in learning to support student retention and achievement.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Experience working with students with Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills at GCSE level or equivalent.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
- Willingness to undergo social media checks as part of the recruitment process.
