Veterinary Receptionist

_**Be the face of the newest independent small animal veterinary practice in Macclesfield**_

We are looking to employ a part-time receptionist, ideally with some experience in the veterinary industry to join us on our exciting adventure of a small animal veterinary practice start-up.

**Days and Hours for Role**:
**Part Time (2 Days per week)**

Friday: 8am-12pm

Saturday: 9am-1pm

**About the practice**

Currently the team consists of four veterinary surgeons and three registered veterinary nurses.

The practice looks to provide a high quality veterinary service with a focus on client care. We want to create strong bonds with our clients by providing longer 30 minute consult times, opportunities within the community such as working with local businesses and stands at local events.

The ethos of the practice for its employees is to provide greater opportunity for personal and professional growth through profit sharing and potential for progression for every employee within the business. Further training is actively encouraged and funded where appropriate.

**Job responsibilities**
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Greeting clients on arrival
- Developing bonds and relationships within the community
- Taking payments and debt management
- Cleaning responsibilities within reception and client facing areas

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Macclesfield SK10 1JQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
