The Job...
The Digital Marketer will work closely with a Graphic Designer, and will report into the Customer Engagement Manager. You'll also collaborate with colleagues across other departments too, so it's important that you're comfortable working on-site in their modern manufacturing / office facility, based near Burnley and Accrington.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Social media marketing, including developing a distinct online presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Improving the company's search presence. You'll be developing strategies to increase website visitors and enhance SEO.
- Creating and implementing robust online content plans. This will include keyword research and writing high quality blogs, case studies and white papers.
- Ensuring their customer base has current, on-brand, collateral to promote their products and services effectively, both online and offline.
- Managing the website including updating content and images.
- Providing regular reporting and analysis to management on key marketing campaigns and activities, including ROI information.

About You...
If you're ambitious and hard-working, with circa 3 years experience as a Digital Marketer, this could be a great new challenge for you.
Here's some of the experience you need to be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work well alongside a Graphic Designer.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great copywriting skills and the ability to create high quality content.
- Confidence in using analytic tools such as Google Analytics.
- Expertise in social media management including strategising content creation, content scheduling, building audiences and nurturing engagement.
- Demonstrable experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and the ability to multi-task.
