Passenger Services Assistant

Exciting Opportunity to work in Passenger Services Department for Isle Of Man Steam Packet Company, Ferry Operator between Isle of Man and Heysham.
Shift Basis - Split shifts involved, weekends, days and evenings and Bank Holdiays. More hours available in accordance with the requirements of the business.
Rate of Pay = £12.21
Driving License would be advantage.
Must have excellent communication skills and able to work on own and as part of a team under pressure.
Be able to pass 10 years back ground check,
Work will be indoors and outdoors any weather.
Positions:
- Car Park Marshalls - Park Passenger vehicle traffic in order and by size and liaise with Company Vessel to load efficiently
Car Check in and Passenger Check in - Meet and greet Passengers, check in passengers and direct them accordingly. Complete associated paperwork effectively.
Café - Serve in Departure Lounge café, maintain stock, complete stock orders, cash till up and load foot passengers.
Driving company vehicles as required.
Cleaning and maintenance work involved.
Ideally have a flexible attitude.
Will also be trained to perform Security Positions, attending 2 day security training course, sit and pass ISPS Code exam
Full training provided.
