Home Instead is a locally run business providing care at home for the community, delivering outstanding care to the Wyre Forest and surrounding areas.

**Do you want to join a successful home care company that is focused on its primary resource; its people? **_Home Instead Kidderminster_ are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, caring and reliable SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT to join the team.

**Job Responsibility**:As well as having all the responsibilities of a care assistant, the Senior Care Assistants will be allocated additional responsibilities within the community and also office-based tasks too.

Senior Care Professionals are expected to perform a variety of duties. The Senior Care Professionals are expected to assist and provide the highest quality service to clients. Duties will be as followed (not exhaustive);
**Job Responsibility**
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct follow-up activities as necessary, reporting any serious issues to the Care Manager.
- Conduct client/Care Professionals introductions.
- Visit Care Professionals to maintain service at a high standard.
- Deliver care for Clients.
- Alert Care Manager to any issues that may cause concern.
- Good IT skills to maintain accurate client records on Home Instead Software.
- Contribute to the on-call rota, every other weekend as well as occasional weekday as business needs.
- Audit client activity logs.
- Participate in the team meeting.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Answering incoming calls & field.

**Working week**:Full-time position split between the community and office - reasonably flexible - 30+ hrs per week _between 7 am -10 pm. _

**Requirements**:

- Driving licence and reliable transport with valid Insurance, Tax and Mot.
- Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 Preferred.
- Minimum of 6 Months of caring experience.
