We are a family-owned, well-established storage and distribution centre of fresh produce from worldwide exporters, growers and importers. We are looking for an enthusiastic IT / Business Trainee to join our team. Reporting to the IT Manager, based in Darenth but working across both sites

**Due to the location of the site own transport would be required.**

**The Role**

Duties to include:

- Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- Assist with routine administration tasks.
- Follow business policies and procedures.
- Undertake and own projects
- Undertake general tasks as required or as directed by Manager

**Requirements**:

- A good working knowledge of computers
- Good communications skills
- A commitment to ongoing training
- Good time management
- Good organisational skills
- An ability to work to deadlines
- A good eye for detail

**The Person**

We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work regardless of the size of the task. A proactive individual who can work on their own initiative or as part of a team, someone who can prioritise their time and keep on top of tasks.

A flexible approach to working as sometimes weekend working will be required.

**Working**:

- 45 hours per week, MON-FRI 8.00:17.00
- Salary: Depending on experience
- Payment every 4 weeks
- Weekend availability
