**JOB OFFER. Bar and Floor staff required.**

Restaurant and cocktail bar located in the centre of Edinburgh.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic team members. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential.

We can offer around 20/25 hours per week, but it will increase in summer.

For the bar, we need someone who can work in the evening and weekend, from 5pm till 11/12 am during the week and till 1ish or 3ish during the weekend.

For the floor, it will be either 12-10, 12-5 or 5-10/11/12/1ish am.

**Job Type / Category**

**Role**:
Floor Staff - hosting, waiting on tables (taking orders, setting up cutlery, and taking out food and drink), and taking payments (cash and card).

Bar Staff - serving customers, preparing drinks (cocktails, beers, whiskeys, coffees etc.), taking payments (cash and card), setting up and down bar, cleaning, restocking.
