**Where will you be working?**

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. This role will be within our **Water and wastewater capital project delivery team.** Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

**What will you be doing?**

The SHE Coordinator will support the SHE Team, and take an active role in the coordination of contract SHE activities within the region.

You'll coordinate monthly meetings, including agendas, action logs, and terms of reference, and attend SHE-related meetings to record and circulate minutes. Support operational inductions by managing administration and issuing ID cards, and produce a range of materials including plans, reports, alerts, and presentations using tools like Power BI and SharePoint. Manage health surveillance coordination, generate internal and external SHE KPI reports, and provide data for board reporting. Implement and issue toolbox talks (TBTs) and safety alerts, track accident and incident documentation, and maintain the regional SHE document register. Additionally, continuously review and improve processes and procedures, and provide general administrative support to the SHEQ team.
- **Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Valid UK driving license
- Previous Health and Safety experience within a similar industry
