**Early Careers Manager**

**Salary up to £60k DOE | Excellent Benefits Package | Hybrid**

Our client, a top 100 law firm is seeking an Early Careers Manager to join their team Talent Development Team.As part of the role, the Early Careers Manager you will be leading and managing the end-to-end experience of early careers colleagues, workingclosely with key business stakeholders to shape, design and deliver their early careers strategy.You will take the lead on providing practical HR support on a day to day basis to trainees and apprentices ensuring they have the information, resources anddevelopment opportunities they need to flourish.

**Early Careers Manager responsibilities include:

- **
- Providing practical HR advice and support to individuals and their managers
- Driving and delivering the early careers programmes across the firm
- Developing career pathways
- Managing the end-to-end early careers process from attraction, engagement, sourcing and assessment centres to offer stage, in conjunction with team members
- Managing the early careers operational and development function, as well as the early careers experience, also in conjunction with team members
- Implementing performance metrics that measurably impact programme quality and diversity impact.

**Early Careers Manager requirements include: -**
- A highly successful proven depth of experience gained for working in similar role(s), ideally with experience of law / professional services firms
- Experience and passion for Early Career development, talent management and learning.
- Proven experience of senior stakeholder management.
- The ability to champion diversity and inclusion as a core value of the business, influencing with best practice and strategy.
- Manage and monitor the budget for end-to-end early careers, including recruitment, development, programmes and qualification.
- You will be able to spot opportunities to improve our processes, and collaboratively create new approaches which meet business needs and strategic priorities.
