Due to continuing growth within Inizio Medical we're looking for a Senior Medical Writer to join our publications team in Ashfield MedComms.

The role

We are looking for someone to join our ground breaking and varied oncology publications team. You will have publications experience (congress submissions and manuscripts), a passion for writing up sometimes complex scientific information and a desire to lead specific projects and take on reviewing. Also your role will involve development of publication enhancements, such as plain language summaries, podcasts and infographics and support for, and attendance at, steering committee meetings (virtual or face-to-face).

You will report to the senior leadership team and be central to identifying new business opportunities and contributing to proposals and pitches. Our full service healthcare communications offering and multichannel approach means that there is plenty of opportunity to work on a huge range of projects. You will have;
- Prior experience working as a medical writer for a medical communications agency
- An academic background in life sciences
- Oncology experience would be advantageous (but not necessarily a requirement)
