We have an exciting opportunity at our Worcester Office for a Content Creator to join our team. This an ideal role for someone with experience of creating engaging social media content within a business environment.

As a Content Creator, you will work alongside the recruitment and HR team to develop social media strategy. You will create engaging and exciting content for social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

**The role**:

- Strategise and manage social media accounts, producing regular updates and engaging content.
- Liaise with various departments to obtain information to post on social media.
- Create engaging marketing materials to be used at recruitment events.
- Create social media analytics reports to effectively measure social organic growth.
- Monitor audience feedback (comments, shares) and respond appropriately in-line with the company branding.
- Create, edit, and distribute an internal, quarterly copy of the company newsletter to a professional level.
- Monitor website to ensure content is up-to-date and appropriate.
- Investigate new ways in which we could update current website theme.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience of using social media in a marketing capacity, ideally with a qualification or degree in this area.
- Driving license will be required as the role will involve some ad-hoc travel to our group offices and sites.
- Creative mindset.
- An ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Well organised and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
