**Learning Support Assistant**

Are you a Learning Support Assistant looking for a new role in education? Or perhaps someone who has volunteered working with young children and adults and looking for a new opportunity?

Career Teachers has the perfect role for you. We are working exclusively with a supportive and inclusive Primary School in Derby, with close public transport links.

Working as a LSA you will gain valuable experience working closely with teachers and support staff, you will gain the opportunity to develop your behaviour management skills and be part of a supportive team from the school and us at Career Teachers.

Within this role, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with some personal care and who is compassionate and able to support this student across all their lessons in school. As a successful individual, you will require:

- **Relevant experience working with children**:

- Enthusiastic and ability to adapt to difficult situations.
- Calm, resilient and able to communicate well with young people.
