**JOB OVERVIEW**

The main aspect of our cleaning role will be to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently, with the key aim of maintaining hygiene standards and therefore enhancing guest experience by having excellent standards of cleanliness. We serve fresh food to be proud of, so we’re looking for a Cleaner who can mirror our high standards of food by taking pride in the aesthetics of the dining room. This role will be largely independent, and will take place between the hours of 8am - 10am on Saturdays and Sundays, so weekend availability is essential.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

To work at Hobbsons you must be friendly, focused and have a bright sense of humour. For the Cleaner role, you must be able to work unsupervised and be able to manage your time effectively and efficiently.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent time management skills
- Have proof of right to work in the UK
- Have a UK bank account in your own name
- Be able to converse in English
- Have a fixed place of residence within a reasonable travelling distance of your main workplace

**RESPONSIBLE TO**
- General Manager
- Duty Manager

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Include but not limited to**:

- To represent the company’s high standards of cleanliness
- To report for duty punctually
- To clean all areas of the restaurant as directed by the Duty Manager
- To understand how to use and where to use all cleaning products
- To understand how to use any equipment supplied
- To report any maintenance issues
- To ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following cleaning routines
- To have a working knowledge of COSHH.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 2.5 - 5 per week
