An exciting opportunity is now available for a passionate microblading and semi-permanent make-up artist to join one of our high-end lash and brow bars in Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester. The standards required for this role are very high as we aim to provide a 5* service with world-class standards to our guests.

Requirements of the role
- 3-5 years of microblading / semi-permanent make-up experience.
- Performing a range of treatments including brows, eyeliner and lip blush.
- Superior standards of customer service.
- Availability to work required over some weekends and holidays.
- Smart presentation with excellent communication and speaking skills (essential).
- Excellent up-selling and promotion skills of products and services.
- To undertake all training and development in treatment procedures.
- General housekeeping duties.

About You

This is a dream role for a semi-permanent make-up artist who specialises in all areas and who would love to work in a team and travel over the north of England.
- Experience working in a professional, customer-facing environment such as beauty, spa or retail.
- Values - honest, reliable, friendly, passionate and willing.
- A team player with excellent people & sales skills.
- A genuine love and passion for beauty, service and people.
- Fluent in English. You must be well-spoken and confident in communicating with our guests.
- Sales focused with experience meeting retail and service targets
- Ability to deliver top-quality treatments with immaculate attention to detail.

Pay: £200.00-£250.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 per week
