Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch award winning agency. They have begun the search for a Sales Manager for their new office opening in Thorton Heath.

**_Duties/Function of the role:_**
- Carrying out, following up and chasing market appraisals.
- Oversee the pipeline and manage conveyancing.
- Maintain relationships and give vendors feedback.
- Liaise with marketing and administration on campaigns.
- Manage sales negotiators and motivate the team.
- Learn and present the key values of the business to potential clients.
- Report to Directors on progress.

**_Requirements of the role:_**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- A proven track record of closing sales.
- Immaculate presentation.
- A confident and personable approach to property sales.
- Full clean drivers license

**Salary Budgets**: £25-35K Basic, £75,000 OTE & Car Allowance
Guarantee provided.
**Required working hours**: Mon-Thurs
- 8.30am-7pm Friday - 8.30am-6pm, Saturday - 8.30am-5pm. 5 Day Week.
