Are you looking for the next challenge in your Health and Safety career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior H&S Advisor at The Laing O'Rourke Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction (CEMC)

The Laing O'Rourke Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction (CEMC) is Europe's largest and most advanced pre-assembly manufacturing facility, located in Worksop. This facility has significant challenges within its operations which include a large workforce and manufacturing equipment interface, robotics, temporary works, lifting, logistics and heavy transportation risks. At CEMC we precision manufacture a range of components for use in major building and infrastructure projects. These include twin walls, floor slabs, pillars, high quality facades and our new digital modular bridges to span roads and railways.

We are looking for a positive minded Senior H&S advisor who will embrace changes and will enthusiastically engage and listen to promote open communications. Build trust and respect of operational teams and peers and understanding their motivation, beliefs and behaviours As Senior Health and Safety Advisor you will provide local advice and support necessary to assist managers and staff to fulfil their health and safety responsibilities to the high standards demanded by the Business. Carry out relevant H&S assurance activities, providing confidence to the business that operational effectiveness of all relevant processes is being delivered.

**What skills & experience are we looking for?**
- Qualification at level 4 (min)
- Technical knowledge in Occupational Health Risk Management and Wellbeing
- Technical knowledge in Safety Risk Management
- Coaching / Training competence
- Assurance / Audit / Investigation competence
- Member of relevant professional body
