**What you'll do**:

- Deliver high standards of cleaning to ensure a hygienic and fresh environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
- Follow cleaning routines while proactively identifying areas needing attention.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and report any incidents, complaints, or compliments promptly.
- Communicate politely and professionally with all site users, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Support team operations, including training new staff, attending meetings, and covering shifts as needed.
- Adhere to Sodexo and client policies, including health, safety, hygiene, and site regulations.

- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite, professional, and courteous manner.
- Maintain a smart appearance in uniform and uphold high standards of personal presentation.
- Remain calm and organised under pressure, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Show flexibility in covering shifts for holidays or sickness and adapt to varying workloads.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other service lines.
- Adhere to site protocols, including emergency procedures and maintaining confidentiality.
