We want to hire customer service advisors who will be proud to represent our company values and consistently deliver a high quality service to our customers. This is a full-time permanent position within our modern office in the centre of Cardiff. We have a rota to cover our contact centre's opening hours (8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays).

What we need

Previous experience working in a contact centre is not essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and puts customers’ needs at the heart of everything they do.

We understand that everyone has different ways of working and that this is vital to giving great customer service. To be successful you must be willing to learn new skills to make sure we deliver exceptional service to our customers. You must be a great team player but also able to work under your own initiative.
