Front of House Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of house member of staff to join our team. As Front of House, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques is beneficial
- Bartending experience is a bonus

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for customers
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate transaction processing
- Ability to handle cash and operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Enthusiasm which looks to give our customers the best experience at Bun.

Pay: £7.55-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
