**What's the role?**

As an Internal Account Manager at Fetchify, you'll build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing and win-back customers. Acting as the lead point of contact for your assigned accounts and overseeing customer account management,you'll negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit, achieving agreed upsell and cross-sell revenue, retention and customer satisfaction targets and liaising with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Developmentdepartments) to improve the entire customer experience.

**Requirements**:
**What do I need?**

With previous B2B experience in an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, Sales Executive or similar role within the SAAS, e-commerce or IT sectors, you'll be an articulate self-starter with strong commercialacumen and a demonstrable ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level, acting as the customer's voice within the business whilst also maintaining focus on achieving revenuetargets and account growth.
