Foot Care Technican

We have 3 positions available, you will either work in East Dorset ( Ferndown, West Moors, St Ives/ St Leonards, Wimborne, Christchurch or Highcliffe)

Bournemouth ( BH1-BH11)

Poole

All training will be provided, you will be provided with a uniform and all the necessary equipment to carry out the position.

These positions would suit someone who undertsands the anatomy of the foot such a beautican or someone that has provided personal care

the Job role involves

To provide simple toenail cutting in clients own homes iin either Bournemouth, Poole and East Dorset

To book all appointments

To collect appropriate fees from clients, bank monies and complete relevant banking sheets and return to the office

To ensure that we are working within all Care Qualities Commission regulations

To complete all necessary assessment forms/ risk assessment etc

To wear all appropriate PPE as instructed by the organisation.

To undertake all necessary training
- infection control, basic toenail cutting, safeguarding etc.

To liaise with the Office Manager with regards to stock levels/ equipment

To undertake weekly Covid tests as instructed by the employer.

To work within our strict Covid secure guidelines

Update and maintain manual records.

To undertake all necessary training.

To adhere to all Age UK Bournemouth, Poole and East Dorset policies and procedures.

To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your Line Manager, Senior Managers, Chief Executive or Trustees.

To ensure that you have appropriate business use insurance and the use of a vehicle as this is critical to this post.

Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £9,854.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
