An opportunity has arisen for a Principal Clinical Psychologist to work within the Personality Disorder Managed Clinical Network (PDMCN) based in Lancashire and South Cumbria.

This post has recently become available due to promotion of previous post holder and we are excited to offer this role and welcome a new member to our friendly team. The post is based in Preston, however because the service is trust wide we can be flexible regarding base within Lancashire. Our service and the trust fully supports agile working and the ability to work from home part of the time is available alongside flexible hours and flexible start and finish times.

The successful applicant will work alongside our psychologically minded team of nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, assistant psychologists and consultant psychologist. The team is well established and committed to working with compassion and empathy whilst delivering a high standard of care and intervention for our clients. The team have recently been shortlisted for a trust 'Time to Shine' award for Innovation and we are committed to continuing to develop the service provided to our clients. We aim to provide a culture of support and both formal and informal support from colleagues is encouraged and welcomed.

There are lots of opportunities for the successful post holder to be involved in direct clinical work, supervision, consultation, training and service development alongside the Clinical Lead and team.
